Josh is a real estate development professional with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. At Lions Harbor, Josh oversees all construction functions of the business.

Josh has 11 years of experience in construction management and real estate development in Boston. His experience ranges from ground up builds to value-add renovations in both commercial and residential spaces.

Prior to Lions Harbor, Josh oversaw development of 500+ ground up multi-family units, $10M in corporate office fitouts, and managed quality control of a 1,000-unit portfolio.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Construction Management and Engineering from Syracuse University and SUNY ESF.

Josh and his family recently moved to southern Maine, where they spend their time in the outdoors. Josh enjoys mountain biking, water skiing and trail running.
