Chris Bulla

Chris is an investor and entrepreneur with a track record of delivering strong investment returns across a wide range of asset classes. Chris oversees the capital formation, financial & underwriting functions of the business.

Chris has 7 years of real estate investment and development experience as a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of C3M Asset Management, a Canadian-based firm focused on student housing. The firm owns and has re-developed a portfolio of properties in Ontario, Canada, generating a >30% equity IRR since inception in 2017.

Prior to Lions Harbor, Chris spent 6 years in New York, NY as a hedge fund investor with Citadel & PointState Capital and as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, where he was a Portfolio Manager for the university’s endowment and a Varsity Rower.

Chris is an endurance athlete, as a 100-mile ultra runner & Ironman triathlete.
